Massage & Energy Medicine with Cecilia Timon
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage is the manipulation of the body’s soft tissue for the purpose of establishing and maintaining good health. It is used for relaxation, rehabilitation, injury prevention, or to slow the progression of an illness. For continued wellness, a massage really is a must!
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese treatment in which the practitioner places his or her hands on the client's body at specified areas to channel energy into the body. Blockages are released and energy is stimulated. Very effective for stress related problems. Leaves you feeling calm, relaxed and more in control!
Energy Medicine
Energy Medicine’s main principle is that your body is composed of a complex structure of electromagnetic energies and other more subtle energies. These can become imbalanced or even blocked, and it is believed that this is when illness occurs. Manipulating those energy pathways through various touch techniques and exercises can restore balance and flow. Come in for an assessment of your energy systems and then learn an amazing daily routine, or just relax while your energies are rebalanced! It will feel like you just got an energy system tune-up!
BodyTalk
BodyTalk is a unique modality that allows the systems in the human body to be rebalanced in order to operate together again. The practitioner uses biofeedback in order to determine what systems need to be resynchronized, then she uses a series of touches and taps to repair the broken links and to store the information in the body. There may be amazing shifts in your overall health after just a session or two!
Reflexology
Reflexology is using touch techniques on reflex maps, resembling the shape of the human body, that are believed to exist on the ears, hands, and feet. Some benefits include relaxation, pain reduction or elimination, improved circulation, and better body function. Gives you an increased sense of well-being!
Ear Candling
Ear Candling is a process of opening the ear canals and promoting good health in the ear, nose, and throat. The practitioner places a long, hollow candle at the entrance to the ear canal at 45 degrees and lights the far end. This creates a vacuum and initiates the process of opening the canal. Lots of people report being able to breathe better after a treatment!
