Your Second Visit to Our Houston Practice

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help you.
Preparing for your second visit:

Prior to your second visit, it is important that you review the materials that were given to you to read. This information will help you better understand the discussion you are about to have with Dr. Jackie and give you information on how to get the most out of each visit and therefore the best results possible.

Write down any questions that you have and be prepared to learn something new about your body.

Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes early.

When you arrive for your second visit you will again be warmly greeted by name and should have no wait time before seeing Dr. Jackie.

During your Report of Findings, Dr. Jackie will present the findings of your initial exam and scans and show you how your nervous system and structure are being affected. Not to worry, she will also show you how our care can help you and what you can do to participate in that process for the best results.

Dr. Jackie will present her recommendations for your care – based on clinical research and her years of experience - including recommended frequency of care, supplements and supports (if needed), exercises and other modalities recommended for your best results. She will also answer all of your questions and discuss with you our affordable care plans.

Following this conversation, you will have your second gentle adjustment.

Before leaving, you will schedule your Innate Chiropractic introductory class, your next adjustment and a series of appointments at the front desk. You may be given a CD or a video to review prior to your third visit.

Dr. Jackie Asks some important questions of interest to Houston residents - Chiropractor Houston Dr. Jackie Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Are aches and pains good or bad?
While aches or pains may be unpleasant, they're merely warning signs. As a Houston chiropractor, I see this all the time. The pain is not the problem! It just means a limitation has been reached and something needs to change. That's when we get to work correcting the underlying cause.
