During this work you will begin the process of developing lifelong skills to promote wholeness, safety, strength, choice, wisdom, and love in relationship to the experience to your body's vibration, structure, and energy. Somato Respiratory Integration is not a replacement for anything you are doing but rather, SRI compliments everything you are doing.

This work is very powerful for anyone seeking a self healing modality to enhance their connection with themselves and magnify their quality of life. It is recommended for all practice members and non-practice members interested in learning a self-healing technique that they can do on their own.
