Open Position: Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk Leader
Front Desk to Clinical Cross-Training to Future Office Manager
Full-Time | On-Site | Houston, TX | $18-$23/hr | PTO
We are growing and looking for a motivated, people-first professional to become the heartbeat of our front office. This is not an entry-level receptionist role; it’s a career path. The right person will start at the front desk and have every opportunity to cross-train clinically and step into an office leadership role over time.
What Your Day Looks Like
At the front desk, you will be the first face patients see and the voice they hear on the phone. You will keep appointments running smoothly, welcome new patients, handle communications, and make sure the office stays organized and well-stocked. On the financial side, you will process payments, walk patients through care plan options, and keep accurate records in our EHR system.
As you grow into the clinical side, you will support patient exams, run diagnostic scans, track exam and enrollment statistics, and help prepare patients for their report of findings. You will also play an active role in helping the practice grow, from tracking key metrics to supporting marketing events both inside and outside the office.
Your Schedule
Four days a week, 10 hours a day. Some early mornings and occasional evenings come with the territory, especially around events. You can also expect three to four weekends a year dedicated to professional development seminars and promotional events—all travel and expenses covered by us.
What We Are Looking For
You bring energy, warmth, and a genuine interest in natural health. You are the kind of person who stays composed when things get busy, comfortable multitasking without losing attention to detail, takes pride in follow-through, and actually enjoys working as part of a team. You are looking to plant roots professionally, not just fill a seat. Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus, as is previous experience in a chiropractic or healthcare setting. Solid computer skills and comfort with Microsoft Office are a must.
